  • You are a licensed healthcare professional or authorized to act on behalf of a healthcare provider.
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You will not engage in any unlawful or harmful activities when using our services.
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including regulations related to healthcare and data privacy (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

3. Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA Compliance

Our services may involve the collection, use, or handling of Protected Health Information (PHI), as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). As a Business Associate, we are committed to ensuring that PHI is handled securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • You agree that any PHI shared with us for reputation management or marketing purposes will be handled in accordance with HIPAA standards.
  • We will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with you if required, which governs the use and protection of PHI shared during our collaboration.

While our primary clients are in the USA and Canada, if you are located in the European Union (EU), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
